Changes in the Board of Directors
TOKYO- February 16, 2007- EMOBILE Ltd. (the "Company") today resolved on the changes in the Board of Directors at the extraordinary Shareholders Meeting.
The Company added Mr. Lucas Chow as a new outside director, and Mr. Tadahiko Fujino as a new corporate auditor.
Mr. Lucas Chow is the CEO of MediaCorp Pte. Ltd. (a subsidiary of Temasek). He previously served as the CEO of SingTel Mobile, and, has an extensive knowledge in Telecommunications, Media and IT industries. With Mr. Chow, EMOBILE aims to diversify its management knowledge base and further strengthen the management structure.
Mr. Tadahiko Fujino served as the Senior Managing Director of The Mitsubishi Trust and Banking Corporation, and has the wide range of knowledge in Finance and Management. With Mr. Fujino, EMOBILE aims to strengthen its corporate governance structure.
