Start of Domestic Roaming Services with the Voice Service Launch
Voice and Data Services Become Available Nationwide

EMOBILE Ltd. (Headquarters: Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, Chairman & CEO: Sachio Semmoto; hereinafter "EMOBILE") starts domestic roaming services upon the voice service launch on March 28. The roaming services are provided by subsidiaries of NTT DoCoMo (hereinafter "NTT DoCoMo"). The roaming services are scheduled to continue until the end of October 2010.

1.Service and Price
Users located outside of EMOBILE's service area but within NTT DoCoMo's coverage area for domestic roaming services, are able to use the roaming services. EMOBILE domestic roaming voice monthly fees and NTT DoCoMo's domestic roaming voice and data access fees are charged for these services.
Although domestic voice services are provided by NTT DoCoMo, the fees are invoiced together with EMOBILE services.
An application is necessary for using domestic roaming services. Users must have handsets which are compatible with roaming services.

2.Coverage Area
As of the end of March 2008, the coverage area for domestic roaming services includes the following 25 prefectures. Services are not available in other prefectures nor subway stations.

Our company plans to subsequently expand the service areas to other prefectures. In areas where such expansion has been completed, users are preferentially be connected to our services instead of the domestic roaming services provided by NTT DoCoMo. Consequently, roaming service areas may change based on our service area expansion schedule.

3.Compatible Handsets
H11T handset is compatible with the domestic roaming services (as of the voice service launch date).

4. Roaming Mark
- A roaming mark, "Rm", appears on the handsets display when using domestic roaming services.
- When this mark is visible, domestic roaming fees apply, even if users are within EMOBILE's service area.
- If users are within the domestic roaming area and the mark "Rm" is not present, they are preferentially connected to EMOBILE services.
- When users cannot access either service, an "Out of area" mark will appear.
- When users move between EMOBILE service areas and domestic roaming service areas, voice and data access are disconnected.
