EMOBILE Ltd. (headquarters: Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, Chairman & CEO: Sachio Semmoto; hereinafter "EMOBILEquot) today announced it will launch a new service plan, Gacchiri Course-Flat Rate Mobile Plan, on February 7, 2009. The plan allows unlimited calls between EMOBILE users at any time of day for a basic monthly fee of 780 yen.


The plan's low monthly fee makes it perfect for EMOBILE voice users.
The plan's main features are as follows:

･	The basic monthly fee of 780 yen is the lowest in Japan1 under the conditions of the Ninen Plan (or Basic Plan with Nen-toku-wari service).
･	The basic monthly fee allows unlimited calls and SMS messaging between EMOBILE users at any time of the day for no extra cost.
･	Combined with the Calling Discount Option, EMOBILE users can also call non-EMOBILE phone users at attractive rates.
･	Adding the Flat Rate Data Option fixes monthly data charges to between 1,000 yen and 4,980 yen (maximum).

2	Applies to calls made from EMOBILE service areas. Calls to voicemail services are not included in the plan.
3	Users must apply separately and have a supported handset to make voice calls and data transmissions from roaming areas in Japan. Monthly roaming fees and usage charges also apply.
4	Under the Flat Rate Data Option, charges are calculated as the sum of the basic monthly fee of 1,000 yen and 0.084 yen per data packet (the first 11,912 packets (equivalent to 1,000 yen) are included in the basic fee). The maximum total charge is 4,980 yen per month.
*	EMOBILE portal service “EMnet” requires seperate application and monthly charge.

The Flat Rate Mobile Plan (Ninen) offers Long-Term Contract Discount of 16,800 yen from initial expenses, including terminal and handset costs, provided users stay on the contract for the full two-year commitment period.

Monthly Assist Options (Assist 500, Assist 1400, Assist 1800) further reduce the initial cost in exchange for an additional fixed monthly fee payable over the two year period.

Cancellation fees will apply to users who cancel Flat Rate Mobile Plan Ninen and Ninen + Assist Options (Ninen + Assist 500, Ninen + Assist 1400, Ninen + Assist 1800) before the expiration of the contract term. The cancellation fee will be assessed based on the number of months passed since the contract was entered (initial month).
Customers may assess and monitor the number of months passed since their service-start month on their My EMOBILE page (in Japanese only).

No cancellation fees apply to the Basic plan. A cancellation fee of 6,300 yen will be charged to users under Basic plan with Nen-toku-wari service who cancel the plan or Nen-toku-wari service during the term of the contract other than in a service renewal month.
